Philip Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage based in Briarcliff Manor, NY. We are licensed in New York and Connecticut, and we cover Westchester, Fairfield, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange counties. If the circumstances are right, we’ll look at property in other areas.
Broker and owner J. Philip Faranda has been in the real estate industry since 1996. He has extensive experience as a broker, mortgage banker, landlord, and investor. He was the 2014 President of the Hudson Gateway (formerly Westchester-Putnam) MLS and is the author of the Westchester Real Estate Blog, the New York Short Sale Blog and writes for various other platforms. He has appeared on ABC World News and been a source for The New York Times, Associated Press, MSN, The New York Post, AOL and many other outlets.
He is also a member of Zillow.com’s Agent Advisory Board and a 2013 national finalist for Inman Innovator of the Year Award.
